Snow Peak Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Snow Peak Loyalty Program (the “Program”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Program. By enrolling, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Eligibility

The Program is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old. Employees of Snow Peak and its affiliates are not eligible.

2. Enrollment

To join, create an account at thoughtsdesigns.com. You must provide accurate information. Only one account per person is permitted.

3. Earning Points

Points are earned on qualifying purchases made at thoughtsdesigns.com. Points are awarded as follows:

• 1 point per $1 spent on eligible items.
• Bonus points may be offered during promotions.

Points will be credited to your account within 48 hours of purchase.

4. Redeeming Points

Points may be redeemed for discounts on future purchases at thoughtsdesigns.com. Redemption rates and rewards are subject to change.

5. Points Expiration

Points expire after 12 months of inactivity. “Inactivity” means no earning or redeeming of points.

6. Program Benefits

Benefits, including point values and rewards, may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.

7. Account Management

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

8. Termination

Snow Peak reserves the right to terminate or modify the Program at any time. Fraudulent activity may result in account suspension.

9. Privacy

Your participation is subject to our Privacy Policy, available at thoughtsdesigns.com.

10. Limitation of Liability

Snow Peak is not liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in the Program.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Oregon, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
