At ThoughtsDesigns.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

To initiate a return, please visit our Return Portal and follow the instructions. You will receive a return authorization and shipping instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your original order, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original purchase and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance. We may require photos of the issue to process your claim.

Final Sale Items

Certain items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or refunded.
